Night Nurses & Baby Care

What is Mission Sleep?

Mission Sleep is a 501(c)3 non-profit that provides free, overnight newborn care to military families & first responders whose babies arrive when a parent is deployed, wounded or deceased.

We are the non-profit arm of Let Mommy Sleep, the nation's leading team of baby nurse & newborn care providers.

Who is eligible for Mission Sleep benefits?

Military and first responder families with new babies in: Washington DC, Northern New Jersey, South Florida, Philadelphia and Las Vegas.

Interested families can contact us at letmommysleepusa(at)

Who provides care?

The Night Nurses (RN's and LPN's) & Night Nannies of Let Mommy Sleep provide overnight newborn care and parent education from 10pm -7am.

How exactly does it work?

Interested families can contact us at letmommysleepusa(at), once they decide to have care. We then submit a candidate for approval and schedule 3 nights of care from 10p-7a.

The nurse/newborn care provider will also provide compassion, education and support to the parent.

How long has Mission Sleep been around?

Mission Sleep became a 501c3 non-profit in February 2012. We exist because of the generous donations of the local DC area community and our Let Mommy Sleep families.
